Warcryer buffs

I've faced a weird problem today when i hit 72 on my WC and noticed i couldnt learn the new "dual" buff i should learn..i cant even farm the books since now the catas are closed.
Anyone has any info about those 4 dual buffs you get at 72 and 74?

one of the books always dropped in sv, then movement and combat were in witches and other was in another cata. i'd like to know if this is 100% they drop in sv now cuz i need combat and movement and not going to pay the prices people are asking for them

now they drop at Hot springs too

Yah... with that kind of major change they really need to say where you can find them... I don't really want to spend a week just trying to figure out where i can't find them... And they are pretty important for a WC because it gives buffs you don't have normally.

Same goes for the overlord class?

Can anyone confirm the chant of movement drop?
