Can you use your stone of destiny on your dualclass sub? Like can you go something that'll lvl hard body until 85 then swap to what you want? Because post awakening I still have my stone and I was just curious

Subclass change slips I think are the answer here. I believe everyone was given subclass change slips who was an existing character (although I am unsure of this). So you should be able to get to 85 and then change your sub and then awaken. I believe this would be the best way.
I'm pretty sure they have said you could only use it on your main, not your dual sub main thingy. But I really rather not go through all their posts to find the one they stated it though. Do a search for their posts lol.
You could theoretically, but it's impossible. When you first awaken you'll use up the stone no matter what you do, you cannot possibly awaken -before- getting the stone (old server, you got the stone as servers launched, couldn't get a second, new server, you may have gotten it from being 76 but there's no way 99.99% got to 85 -before- the stone waves), and you have to have awakened to get a dual class.
So no matter what, all roads point to using the stone on your first awakening, except for a very select few with only a few micrograms of life.

no, you only use the stone if you awaken as another class that the one destined for you, like a sps going enchanter, you use the stone, but if you go feoh wizard from sps, you dont use your stone.
i tried to use certificate class change on dualclass, it doesnt work :D so the only options is to see if stone of destiny works for sure on dualclass. theoretically... it should work just fine if you dont want to exchange in the same class as main. i know my brother has awakened as enchanter from sws (so he has the stone) and his subclass is doomcryer... so you cant have both enchanters.
With the launch of Goddess of Destruction, all characters of level 40 or above are given a single Stone of Destiny. The Stone of Destiny is only granted to a character once. A character who has both a Stone of Destiny and a Scroll of Afterlife can Awaken into a class other than the destined class. The Stone of Destiny disappears when a character Awakens, even if the character Awakens into the destined class. It is a permanent non-tradable quest item.

the stupid scrolls they give u can be used within range of lvl 76/80
i couldnt find this **** npc so i just did dual class quest
ding lvl 81 23%
few days later some1 tells me where npc is
try change sub but guess what u cant because ur to high lvl
make ticket to ncsoft to get subclass delvld / changed by them

so ye im stuck with subclass i didnt even want to play thinking i could change my sub whenever i wanted
now i still have my stone of destiny so i hope this thing works else im ****** :<

If you had taken it OUT of the wh before doing the awakening quest, it would have disappeared at the end of the awakening quest, no matter if you actually needed it or not.
Typical ncsoft mistake.
I read in another thread that the stone of destiny actually works on the dualclass, too, if you "save" it by keeping it in the wh during the main class awakening quest.
Yea it's confirmed that you can't use the cert after you pick which sub u want to dualclass. I still have my stone bc I didnt take it out when i went to awaken :P I'm going to try to aoe lvl the dualclass then stone it to a diff awaken... I'll post here about it when I do :)

Keep stone of destiny in WH and it doesnt disapear.
