I remember you from Devianne many years ago, elemental summoner right? Unless things have changed with GOD, the easiest way to get noble is by getting 100 territory war badges from the same town and turning them in. It takes about 2-3 TW in order to complete the quest. If you are trying to do the old way by killing all the bosses then your problem is that most ppl are not low enough to take them down and the rest are not high enough yet. Good luck and welcome back.
1.) It was taking 2 groups lol and we died because we only had 1 healer and 1 recharger. then failed two other attempts because of people range 65-75 dropping. Since he is a lvl 70 dude. However I have heard multiple people say he is easy.. So nerukan WTH man Zeemr has been camping this MO FO for like days....
Also I have killed hundreds of those **** mobs in vos and i have 3 fragments.... I am to high for drop rate now, i think.

Not necessarily... I believe that's a level 89 skill, and I doubt any Hierophants/Enchanters are 89 yet.
I found myself in the same predicament, so I did the 100 quest item part. It took me 4 days to do it, but I did it....and got 5% off of the blue mobs doing it too...but its done
