Just talk to the newbie helper, use the blessing of protection thing, it will buff you, and make player with 10 lvl more than you not able to attack you...
I'll see if any leaders can investigate that issue as well. I'm assuming they're trying to keep the peace in the lowbie zones; I'd hope that an alliance member wasn't griefing/farming lowbies.
Actions of clan / alliance members reflect upon the entire alliance -- so I'm assuming this behavior isn't tolerated without reason. I'll pass it on though.
That protection thing is only for PKs. If you flag, you are open season. Name of the game. Don't flag.

So now people lvl 10/20/30/40 cannot flag without a bunch of losers in R-grade come to hunt them, this is ridiculous. low lvl pvp is the funniest of all. But it makes no sense if you come to kill a no grade while you are 3rd or even 4th class!

That's why some of us made toons in new servers. So that problem wouldn't happen. If you didn't want to play with people in Vesper, than you were really stupid to play in a server that had a bunch of them... really what did you expect, for the entire server to leave the newbies alone and play nice? Like you said, this is a game of pvp and pk. If you get flagged, they are well within their right to kick you ***, same goes with 50s, 60s, 70s, and eventually 90s. Plus you're like 24. Dieing at that level means jack all. You lose 4% oh dear god you'll have to kill 1 extra mob. I don't care if you pvp till you are blue in the face. But you can't say one thing and then try and disallow anyone that doesn't fit your category as acceptable.
I think something y'all are forgetting is that some people (for example people who have clans) will ask their clan for help if there is someone going around greifing or killing them while they're trying to quest.
It isn't uncommon at all in PvP games for clan or alliance members to come protect their comrades, or to come eliminate chaotic individuals that are in the area for their comrades.
But yes, as someone said; get the Blessing of Protection. As long as you're not already flagged (Purple or Red) then people higher than you won't be able to come kill you.
