I think it will be better if you could approve the server transfer between this 2.By doing this you will balance the population.I think on shilen are to many players ...
with the server population of magmeld it would be easier to level than in shilen so I'd say no, as long as it isn't both ways. if people want to transfer to magmeld than sure... but isn't it like 25 or 50 dollars to transfer? Why would anyone transfer when they are like not a high level. I'm sure you could spend a day to make it to where you were before. Well if you aren't like in the 7x range like some people....
I would understand this request if the servers were a few weeks apart, but since they are only a day apart how much could you really be losing by just rerolling? So I would say its probably best just to leave server transfers turned off for now, and then maybe open them up 6-12 months down the line.
Some people need to consider finding new things in real life.. like a girlfriend or an extra hobby or a job even... being 7x now is just.. woooow.
I'm not die hard enough, nor did i get in early enough to bypass the masses so i am only 6x but i do know a couple people that are really close to 7x. That and there was a guy standing in Drac armor earlier in aden, though that doesn't mean he is S grade, just means he has the armor, well the main body peice.. to be honest i didn't look at the shoes and the hands to see if it was a set or just the one peice.
