New european players are pretty much screwed if they don't like how Innova rolls. Innova is going to have premium accounts and there are tons of people who didn't like it. So why don't you guys create a new server for European players or change Magmelg timezone since there aren't many players playing it?

You have two choices: Play on Innova and enjoy your EU based time zones. Or play on the NA service, but live with NA time zones and stay up until 5am to siege/fortress.
You DO have a choice, but just because BOTH aren't tailored to you, doesn't make one "discriminating".

But it's true. Innova is now the OFFICIAL provider for L2 in europe. And since NCWest and Innova made an agreement, I am pretty sure that there is a paragraph in there which says that NCWest will not provide a competing service (i.e. a euro server), same as Innova will not provide a US server. Naia server staying on euro time is just a courtesy to existing customers, and even then NCWest were not sure until the last minute if they could leave it on euro time or not.
