The patch came out 4 days ago... a week, monkey garabage of a quote? Possibly when they aren't fixing everything on the backend and everything that is associated with around 15k+ new players - my God man just enjoy the game, the new system is 4 days old.
The game shouldnt be broken if they release it.thats why they have pts but chose not to use it. And its not a free game they would not put up a game for free lol. there intention is to make money so they need to run it properly sorry if we disagree. And that means responding to the customer base. No excuses just responses
whats broken exactly? i see everything pretty legit and had no problems so far, except karma system for new chars if i had fame would be different story but for now i cant pk

Everyone needs to remember that it's the weekend, and the majority of the staff probably isn't in the office. I'll be expecting some answers on Monday or Tuesday though. :(

They don't owe you anything, you are lucky you get to play at all, if you don't like the experience they don't need you, they have 15k+ who enjoy it. You <500 people with complaints can go away, the community is fine without you lol

They only maintain a small amount from the US servers anyway - always has been this way.. it still remains one of the most popular games in Korea.. Sorry bud, it's just the way it is.
Yes i understand that but this game will be shutdown here in the next year the way there going. If they want to make money in the us they need to listen look at wow they listen and they have 10 million people playin so this puny little 15k is nothing to what it could be if they cared.

We are NCSoft Korea's Tax break, we are basically the guys who justify their losses every fiscal year; I think you believe NCWest is a very big developer with thousands of employees but this is not the case.
NCWest basically publishes games like Guild Wars and sends them over to Korea, and translates and maintains the L2, L1 and Aion servers running, but they have zero input in the design of NCK games.
At most, they can tell them "ok look, our players are quite unhappy with this and that" and NCK says: "tell them to go suck it" and NCW doesn't tell us to go suck it, but says nothing wich is basically the same.
NCK only needs us to keep a very minimum of paying costumers so the NCW guys don't lose their jobs, but if you didn't know NCK is one of the biggest e-sports sponsors in Korea and L2 is BIG over there and it still is.
So you are saying, that somehow, for some reason, the west market is important, very very important for Korea, because if they fail here... something happens, I don't know what, but something happens; I wonder what NCK is going to do without ALL the money they get from the FOUR servers we have over here; I guess they'll have to make ends meet with the OVER FORTY servers they have in the asian market.

Those people voted hard 7 years ago: they won't support L2. There was a point in time when UO and Evercrack had more players than L2. In the West; WoW can't compete in Korea and China.
