cant move my character

when ever I log in, my character just looks up to the sky and I cant change the view and move. Pls help

IF you have a console controller plugged in, unplugg it.

I had the same problem on the first day of GoD. My toons would just spin around and be looking up at the sky. I didn't have any game pad connected to my computer but you can solve this problem by removing the check mark on use game pad in the options menu.

Controller/joystick issue !

unplug it.
