Can i have more info of campaigns? for example, today there is this campaigns "Bring the Antidote" , but what i do for join in this campaign? help me plz

Nothing, you just play on certain days and it happens randomly, when the window pops up, just participate in it.

Is this hour based ? like from HH-MM to HH-MM like olympiad or its completely random time ?

Do I have to talk to an NPC at the end of Bring the Antidote campaign? I did it last night, but there were so many people I couldn't see NPC. Does he leave after campaign is over because I didn't see anyone. If someone can give me NPC name that would be great.
