other thing is, why do you sell vitality items which are supposed to make the vit bar full, which gives you total maybe 10% of the vit bar? thats hardcore scamming and i want you to change it and compensate for what u did to every1 which bought it already like i did.

Fair would be the ability to pay in USD regardless of where you live. Just because your dollar is stronger, it shouldn't give any company the right to take advantage of it. Though, even though I am in Canada I still pay in USD so I don't know why Europe is treated any differently.
Is it fair, too, that people in Australia have to pay $90 or $100 USD (yes, USD, not AUS) for games that cost $50 or $60 USD in the US?

There is NO REASON AT ALL to use the current conversion rates. You have to pay exactly the same % of your money than anyone in USA, that's just fair.
It is simply stupid. I have several accounts which run under the same master account and which are all paid via the same credit card. Two of them are in USD, the others are in euro. So if I ever decide to put the same amount of NCoin on all of my accounts, I'd have to pay far more for some of them even though the accounts are all owned by the same player and are all under the same master account and paid from the same credit card. It just makes no sense. At least give me the CHOICE somewhere which currency I want to use.

Let me inform you. Average wage is not the same in whole Europe, in fact in some countries it is twice as much as in some others. Hence, Europe doesn't have higher standard of living than US. Since there's no postage or additional taxes or any other expences, there's absolutely no reason why would an European have to pay 30% more than an American for the same thing.

If you buy from a European company you pay in Euro no matter where you live. Similarly if you buy from a US company you pay in USD.
Common wisdom is accounts depending on the IP (or origin of retail cdkey) they had at account creation got assigned to one of the two profit centers, either NA or EU, and were charged accordingly. For years even the monthly subscription in Euro was more expensive

This has been discussed ad nausem all over the internet...maybe do a little search and you would realize that it's not a NCsoft scam, but an EU scam.I'll even give you a little help; look up VAT tax.
Also for the non-EU countries reason why you pay is because all transactions are handled in UK, so basically the EU is screwing you guys over too.
Want that fixed then you are going to have to get your governments to change it since there isn't a **** thing NCsoft can do about it.
convert 100 USD to Euro and add 23% and basic comission (or just use a bank's buy rate instead of the cross), you 'll come surprisingly close to the Euro price they charge for NCCoins ;)

Fortunately a family friend of mine, gets me Timecards at an amazing price.. so the Destiny pack cost me 25€.

If you would do some simple math you would realize that the VAT included equals out to be between 20-25% depending on current exchange rates (that spread is probably much larger, and you could get a more accurate if you were to use a sample size larger than 1).

Their European billing company is based in UK not US, again that is why all European customers have to pay VAT (unless they got a hold of a US client).
They are still better than STEAM.
I have friends located in the US so when we decided to buy few games the price miss-match was :X i can't comment on it :D
For example...if for an US citizen a game costs 19.99$ it costs 19.99 euro for european player :D Cool story :DD
