The way i get it is:
you find these monsters spawned whiel raiding a boss, for example vladimir, while you raid him, vladimir's warriors appear, they are weak, and so you get the item by killing them.
Thank you Yunalesca, now that you say it, I remember when I was fighting Vlad he was summoning minions, but when I attacked them they wouldn't give me anything.
No! no! I was wrong, i just saw a vladimir warrior that looked diferent, he spawned randomly on me twice but i never gave last hit. He was bigger than me, quite large :s

It would be easy to complete if no one was doing the quest. The problem is a lot of people are doing it. Also, Lineage 2 isn't World of Warcraft. Just because a quest can be turned in at a maximum of once a day, does not therefore mean that the quest is doable once a day everyday by everyone who wants to do it.
It takes work. Given the reward, I think the work is worth it. I also don't think it should be made any easier.
These mobs spawn every 30 min, on every floor. You just have to be there to kill them before some1 else does
I've done the quest daily in the past 3 days because of a good mob spawn point I know:)
every 20 mins, and not every floor!
here you go:
every vladimir beginning with the prefix vladimir, lazearth or kenneth can spawn their respective raid. there are more mobs that you can kill to get the 0/10 items, but birestians/bestians/angels don't spawn a boss.
floor 1: 4 vladimir, one in each room
floor 2: 1 vladimir in centre
floor 3: 1 lazearth in centre
floor 4: 1 lazearth, one in each room
floor 5: nothing
floor 6: 2 kenneth, 2 birestian, 2 bestian in 2 rooms connected in the centre corridor
floor 7: 1 ken, 1 birestian, 1 bestian in the centre of the middle dias or such
floor 8: same as above but in a small room
above 8, i know the noble knight angels give them, but i've never really hunted them specificly so i'm unsure of where they spawn, except on 10 they're in a room opposite golkonda, on 9 he's in the circular area after heading down the ramp, and on 8 i _think_ he just spawns off to the side in a huge circular room. best bet is to make a /target noble knight macro.
also, the boss angels (emperor, goddess, sniper or archer or w/e he's called) have a chance to give you both quest items, but seems to be super low chance.
while this quest takes a while, the kama route is exceptionally fast. do any kama between 56-73, and when the boss dies a quest npc will spawn, allowing you to initiallity take a one time quest 'certification of valor', and every ensuing time you'll be able to take 'recertification of valor'. easiest quest in the world: port to toi from the quest giving npc, take the quest again from the little guy next to the intended tactics npc, and go kill any 10 mobs. you can even swap back to your main (if you're doing kama on sub) to do the quest, which, similarly, you can do intended tactics on even super high level toons, although i think lower level toons have a better chance of spawning the bosses when killing the respective minions.
not all new quests are worth it
for example if quest gives you like 1-2kk exp and you need to spend hour by trying to get last hit on quest mob if there are 10 more players in same spot you are just wasting your time, in good party TOI you will get same exp in like 20 mins + gold + drop , so why bother
Only good quests at I have sen are ones you get after finishing kama , kill 10 mobs, get 1 token, fast and worth it, others are waste of time
