Quick question if anyone has the answer...
Does awakening maestro to anything other than tyr warrior remove its ability to craft stuff?
No, you can wake up to any class, you will keep craft because it is a racial skill for dwarf.
How about spoil then :) ? Or what actually happens with spoil?
Spoil is not a racial skill but it is a class skill, so when a spoil wake up to rogue, it will lose its spoil and will learn plunter, it is a 4th job spoil, but it is not racial, it is a rogue skill.
In other words:
warsmith -> tyr warrior or any class(keep craft)/can learn plunter if wake up to rogue.
spoil -> rogue(will learn plunter + craft(racial)), any other class they will learn craft as racial, but they will lose spoil.
