why dont you simple ignore cruma tower and just lvl up there for a few and leave the place, insteand of standing there static like bots waiting for a solution, the only thing i did in cruma was lvl up in floor1 then go floor 2 lvl up more, and go to the next area, didnt even do quests

Dont care if you didnt want to do it, but i did all quest and cant had a reward--- For Bugs! not fair for me
Hey guys, I had the same problem earlier today, but I found out that in order to do the cruma quests you have to do the Ivory Tower quest first, after I was send to Cruma tower I had no problems talking with the npc's...and my friends, that experienced the exactly same problem, could normaly take the quest at Cruma :) so maybe you're just suppose to finish some other quests before :3 good luck!

sounds reasonable because at the end is a chain of questing, of course not everyone reads what its said
There is no bug guys and thats why noone fix it...cuz there isnt any.
Npc linkes and the other next to him are active only at night. So before u go to talk to them check /time.If its around 21:00-5:00am npc is working.At least worked fine with me.
