I think if you already did the daily for the lvl 39 and under one you have to wait tell the timer is up... when ever that is. Like there a daily in this other MMO thats for lvl 15-25 then a new one for 26-35. The daily resets every day at 8am what ever that server time zone is. Well if I did the daily and just hit lvl 26 I have to wait tell 8am before it resets since I did the other one.
So what im saying is maybe thats how the daily in l2 working but could be wrong
actually you can do new levels dailys even if you did lower ones already. though didnt dailies start from lvl 50? (well other than kamaloka and cruma quest) i did today 65-69 and 70-74 ones. and earlier did 60-64 and 65-69 and so on.
about "stand up" i am quite sure it is one time only.
stand up for yourself is one time only, the mention of it as a daily in the book is erroneous. And I think Stand Up For Yourself starts with you class master in Gludio
