Level 83 Forgotten Scrolls in GoD

I have been unable to locate information on the level 83 Forgotten Scrolls so I am posting here.

-These books are no longer available from Olympiad Manager or Gracia Quest "How to Oppose Evil".
-You still need them to learn the 83 skills.

So where do you get them? What are all the available methods? Are they drop only? If so from where and from what?

Thank you anyone for your input.

They drop at the beast farm now.

Confirmed: various 83 books drop at Beast Farm, Sel mahum and the Fields Of Whispers+Silence

zaken and freya should still drop them too afaik ;)
