All four servers are the same rate (1x) so there are none that are easier than others.
Chronos and Naia are the oldest servers with the high level, well geared veteran players that have been playing here for many years; Shilen and Magmeld are new servers.
Class depends on what you like to play I suppose, I prefer the Dark Elf Spellhowler myself as they are pretty powerful mages but weak in hand to hand. The choice is yours, you just have to research a little into each class.
K so wich one is the newest server i mean i dont want 2 play with all the op ppls! cuz that sucks :(
Magmeld was the last server added but even though it has not been online long there are already many higher level players. Leveling in Lineage II is a lot faster than it used to be and many veteran players went to the new server to start fresh; but with their experience will no doubt blow past most new players.
k i think i will chose shilen but im pretty woried about the class mm i hate this part when im thinking what class what class :))) i like mages 2 but there is this mp problem that makes it hard :(

I can't see why some players are having a hard time managing their MP; my Spellhowler never has problems managing it. You just need to learn how to play mages properly, where to hunt where MP Herbs drop and what mage classes have recharge abilities; Spellhowlers have Body to Mind.
Lineage II is not like most other MMORPG's, it is grind/level dependent even though it has gotten a lot easier, you will see a big slowdown in leveling from 40 to 60 to 80 where the XP curve really gets difficult. Finding a good, acting clan is a big plus for anybody at higher levels are many new zones require a group to be hunted properly.
