My mentor isn't online currently so I can't 100% confirm this, but here's what I currently know.
Without any buffs, my SH has 135 speed. With a luxury cocktail (buff says it gives 34 speed) it's 169. With the milk WW buff minus the zerker spirit, it's 168 (buff says 33 speed). Nothing wrong there, everything adds up.
With a mentee buff it's slower. I think it was 158, but the buff says it should increase it by 34.
The same thing happens on my Ghost Sentinel. 151 speed becomes 185 with a cocktail and 184 with WW. When I get my mentee buffs, it's slower than 185.
Has anyone else run into this? Is it a bug, a typo on the mentee buff, or am I missing something here? I'll edit in the speeds I'm getting with mentee buffs when I can.

You get Drum Melody from your Mentor buff. You don't get Drum Melody from cocktail.
Drum Meoldy is the equivlant of Chant of Victory. It reduces your speed.
