Mentee Certificate

Hello guys,

I looked around in Forum but havnt found any clue about it.
Iam Playing my lv 83 Mystic Muse atm. to bad. i dont got a Mentee Certificate at lv 40.

Is it possible to create a new char. Level him up to 40 and Trade the Mentee Certificate via Dimensional Merchant to my main? Maybe a stupid question, but 200% exp is worth asking^^

Thx for all who gives an answer :)
