The level requirement for a character to join a Clan Academy has changed from level 40 or lower (the character must not have completed the second class transfer) to level 75 or lower (the character must not have completed the third class transfer). Accordingly, the graduation requirement from the Clan Academy has changed from level 40 or higher, with completion of the second class transfer, to level 75 or higher, with completion of the third class transfer.
When an apprentice graduates from the Clan Academy, the clan now receives 290 to 2,000 Clan Reputation points instead of 190 to 650. In addition, 1,000 Clan Reputation points are awarded for every 10 apprentices who graduate from the Clan Academy.
The quests that a Clan Academy sponsor and apprentice can take on together have changed. The old quests, The Leader and the Follower, and To Lead and Be Led, have been removed. They are replaced with new quests.

I do the 2nd class transfer with 2Chars but the ClanRep rise for 0 Points, i only get Points for
the new lvl 40 Clanquest (100 Pojnts).

Have the Apprentice to left the Academy to get the points? Or play the Char to 75 to autoswitch in the Mainclan?
Can i switch a Academymember to the mainclan before he lvl to 75 without kicking the Char and reinvite?

It doesn't autoswitch the character to the main clan. The character gets booted after they graduate. You have to manually invite them back if you so desire.
If the apprentice leaves the accademy before graduating you don't get the points.
