quest bug

the map shows that i have to go to this npc but i dont get any quests from him :(

Better put your quest title and which part of the quest you got the bug.

i havent active quest thats the point... i cant get the quest from this npc

it shows all quest are done but the latter appeared after all

Had the same issue for a while with my arrow pointing at him. Fixed it by going to the last NPC I had to turn in a quest. The whole chain gives a new quest at the NPC you turn in your previous quest.

To fix it for me, I had to go back to the Administrative Office at Talking Island and grab the next quest from an orc. Could try that.
