It's becoming tiring that I can't login (nor me, nor my friends in my city) due to high traffic, sometimes after hours of trying, nothing. The only times I have success in logging in are in the middle of night. Honestly NCS, I CANNOT stay up late every night to play this game, I refuse to throw my money at you to only be able to play at such hours and/or also not be able to play during my weekends. After working and studying all day I want to play a bit and relax, and I have to put up with high traffic horse junk?
I know it's not against the rules but after I'm trying hours to login, and when I finally do I go try to farm a bit and I walk around and see countless people with 2, 3 boxes or more running around. It's almost funny..
Easy way to limit boxing without a third party program, update the client to read a little more information and send it.
Send mac address and compare mac + ip and limit duplicate mac/ip matches to 2 logins.
We do something similar on our game server and the only time it's an issue is in rare situations where someone generates a mac of 00:00:00:00:00 and so does their roommates. We found that these are bad network card manufacturers. It can be circumvented, not easily, but it can be. Regardless, it almost all but eliminates doing more than dualboxing.
So what do you say to me? A player who has played this game since 2005 paying for 2 or 3 accounts every month when Official wasn't free to play?

yes... but that was another server and you were paying for another service, this one is different. As quoted from Q&A section: "We consider all of our players VIPs!"
i guess not everyone has a superlow ping. Anyway I think there should be some kind of priority system checking program to login game. I think 1 user has more rights to have a slot than a box. Besides, it is most convenient for NCsoft economically coz it is more likely that 10 ppl waste money throu L2store than 1 guy with 10 boxes xD
