Why Can't I receive the Path Rewards?

Pardon my noobiness, but why can't I claim my milestone prizes?

I have logged in to my master account and selected the server and character to give them to, gone to the NPC but says nothing to claim.

I'm going to the "Dimensional NPC". Is that the correct one?

I can't claim them and I'm logged on http://truly-free.lineage2.com/path

I've completed the first four but it says "Not Available"

then ur either to high, or to low

that's cause you reached the milestones before GOD launched

Those would be good reasons but it turns out it was a bug on the web site. I finally got it to work. Haven't gone to the npc to get the rewards but assume that will work since this is the first time I've got the web site to work.

Is claiming them on the web site sufficient or do I need to do something under the master acct? It appears both characters made on an account can obtain the gifts.

they can be claimed by any char on the account, but cant be traded afaik
