Do you hire people from ChaCha to be your GM's

So I have petitioned the GM's 3x about a quest that is unable to be completed by me, "A Certification of Value" located in the Tower of Insolence. In every petition I clearly and explicitly explain this to them with proper grammar.

However these are the answers I have received:

1. A page and a half on the mentee certificate

2. They just reset mobs at Cruma Tower

3. And something about daily quests

Do the GM's actually read these petitions? Or do they have macros they automatically hit at the first word they recognize to be a recurring issue?

They read them. I got two of my petitions answered in under a day, but you are probably petition number 54372 in their waiting list.

or 80; and they've answered them almost immediately sometimes. It's not about them answering, it's about them giving answers to the questions I've actually asked.
