Problem with Clan lv 4 Quest

so i dont know what to do... i start trading thigs to my felows (i wasent with extra weight, i`m a dwarf) i start trading the herbs, and they were giving me they one by one but nothing hapened, when i got all the items again whas this mesage and i was :confused::(:eek:
so which was our mistake ?
its ok that takes like 40-45 intents with the boxes or just very bad luck?

after all i traded the herbs to my membrers and tryed to re-do the quest, they died, i got the poison and the same thing... so i aborted the qeust again and lost them all. I`m asking cuz i`m planning to do it again (after i get 20k SS-C again) and dont want to do something wrong again

i had the same problem as i am in the screenshot as well, unfurtunatly not even having the items the damm npc wonh say squat nor the statue, srsly pls someone look into this because if im not mistaken there were some clans that managed to do it before us

You can only turn in items from that attempt. If you have quest items from previous failed attempts the quest will not complete. If none of this applies then just delete the quest start over. This quest is straight forward and needs little explaining... just kill quest shaman fast and use four characters at each location, have AOE Mage doing the chest.
