I have a GK mainclass (lvl 82), Titan sub (76) and Spellsinger sub (40), this sub was a lvl 40 Warlord earlier. My plan is to change the Titans sub to a Dreadnought - and later do a sub to main switch (account services). Problem is the choice Dreadnought is not listed as an option. I think it might have something to do with my previous lvl 40 Warlord sub...
I'm not so sure, but isn't Dreadnought and Gran Khavatari class archetype the Tyr Warrior? If yes, you can't sub a class that has the same archetype of your other (main and sub) classes.
First of all, don't make a new thread and call it "Worst Customer service ever!" for an issue that's actually your fault.
Explanation: Since GOD, you cannot create subclasses that is the same type as your main. Your main is a GK (warrior), your sub is a Titan (warrior) and you want to change your Titan to DN (warrior).
The only reason the system lets you have a Titan as sub is because you choose that sub before the update. Now with the update, the system won't allow you to choose a sub class that's the same type as your main.
The support center of NCwest is a really helpful support center. When I had any problem they always could find how they can solve it to me.
But it is a joke, that just because you can't play well with this game, start provoke the NCwest.
Better go and play L2 and study how it is work and stay in silence:)
Lol, lets make a poll and see what players think. People that have actually played this game for some time. Not one who started it recently.... I wont get mad over NCW customer service - I would have died of a stroke long time ago. And btw your English is improving..
