Token of Insolence

according to the patch notes (http://www.lineage2.com/en/game/patch-notes/goddess-of-destruction/quests/new-quests.php#Lvl40)
the following quests should give token of insolence as reward:
Certification of Value
and
Recertification of Value
well, i have completed both of them and this item never appeared in my inventory, i suppose this is a bug, and this item has not been added to the quest as reward

I've not had issues with these quests.

I did get a token of insolence after finishing Certification of Value today

I've had 6 tokens so far.

this cant be i never got a token of insolence, and the quest doesn't say "possibly" a token of insolence like in the one from toi -.-
