hello , i am downloading the client right now , so i wanted to ask some question before i create my character .
first , can we replenish mp by any way other than wait for it ?
some years ago the only way was a spell of dark elves priests (i am not sure for the class , havent play l2 for ..... years)
plz answer that question , cause depending on the answer i want to make 1-2 more .
There are several ways:
- Get an EE/ES friend as your personal blue battery recharger
- Buy a Kookabura (leveling them is a pain though)
- There are several MP Elixir on grocery with reuse delay 5 mins, called Elixir of Mental Strength, for Grade above (A? B? Sorry can't remember) you have to find a recipe and craft it yourself
If you play the mage class wise, there is not a problem with mana. Just need to find a good place to exp at. One that drops manaherbs and mobs are 1 or 2 shot for you. Sometimes happens that manaherbs dont drop for long and u run dry on mana ... but not that offen.

anyway , since i wont have such a big mp problem , is bladedancer still viable for soloing ?

i dont say i will play the whole game solo , but a part of it untill i find a clan , or some players to make pt's now and then

Leveling pets is always a hard grind, for a kookabura you can take the quest from pet trader at Gludio (you must buy a work hammer from the local weapon shop, around 300.000 adena), the lil' guy started around lvl 15 and take some of your character's EXP when you kill mobs (not quest EXP), mind though when the difference is 10 lvl or more the kooka won't take the EXP,
the bird evolved on level 55 (through a quest) giving it more recharge power
I've only returned after I stopped playing (due to RL) when Freya first goes live, so I don't know is this still a viable answer or not: I think Bladedancer is the most effective soloing enchanter, the dance and the dual swords give you more advantage on quickly downing mobs
