The quest called Pavel's Last Research seems to be bugged and cannot be completed. I have tried to do this quest 3 times already and each time the quest bugs at the same step. It bugs on the step called "The Key Yumi Found", in here you receive a key (Key of Enigma) from NPC Yumi which you need to double click in order to open a sealed book (Lockup Research Report) and obtain a (Research Report) item to continue the quest. What happens here is that when you double click the key, it takes away the (Lockup Research Report) but doesnt give you the next quest item, therefore the quest cannot continue.
I have confirmed that this happens to other players and not only me. So I would like to notify the GM's to get a solution. This quest is important and it gives a huge deal of XP, SP and adena, so I would hate to have to skip it.
yes i have the same error as well. after double clicking the key to unlock the book the quests tells you to speak with yumi again but she replies only " use the key to unlock the book then speak to me after reading". pls fix this , thx

The issue is still present on Naia Server and it is such a nice quest with such a nice reward...

Use support on the website and send in your info. I had the same problem and, while it took about 2 weeks to hear back, a GM gave me the correct item and allowed the progress of my quest.
I had this problem a few weeks ago. Sent a petition in game, after like 2-3 days I got GMs response (we are aware of the issue) and the quest item needed to proceed. If only they worked so good with other issues :D
i did this q two times to this part with key... on first time i thought i was smth wrong. so i droped q and make him again... and i key disaper and nothing show up QQ.. so i droped quest again:P... if will be fixed i will do it.
