IP Ban?

My brother and I each have 1 account to play, but somehow we keep getting ip banned? We are not botting. Is it because each of us made 3/4 accounts? We didnt like the first 3 chars we made. But each of us only have 1 account logged on at once.

how did you reach the conclusion that you are IP banned?

I change my IP address and i can log in again.

you sure you weren't just trying to login while the login server was down? :)
