Being an old player (as you can see from my join date) waiting 3 hours just for a mob is better odds than doing the old way, 10 hours or more if never done them before. But I made a new toon just to see what all the fuss is about and I was SHOCKED!! I was in C grades in 2 hours.... 2 hours.... let me say it again.... TWOOOOOOOOO HOUUUURS!!! Dos Horas!! Duex Horas!! El DOOOCHAY HOOOORABLES!!..... and I had 3 mil in my inventory....... and C Grade gear with shots waiting in my Dimension Merchant.........

To answer you question as to how I got that quest item from that frequently spawning quest mob..... I got last hit. Everyone hit the mob, who ever got last hit, got the quest item and move on......
SHOOT I EVEN DID IT WHILE DODGING AN A GRADE RED TRYING TO RUIN MY DAY!!
Go back to your whatever game or servers you all came from. Apparently you all do not possess the grit, perserverance, the guts, patience, wits and will power to make it to Awakening. This game or server is not for you.
Of course you have to go through those levels quickly. Even the game itself defines level 75's as newbies. So it has to be much faster to gain levels to reach the real game play.
