Is this normally I'm standing in Aden and in the cottage just spam to a page where they can buy adena is against the rules or is this normal? It's very annoying and is there a lot of unnecessary spam
Is it possible to fight against these spammers?
Players may send some warnings on these spammers is not against the rules of the game?
of course it's against the rules and of course they ban them but ... like you are benefiting from free to play so are they, 2 minutes after their account is banned they make a new one and start spamming again.
That's no good. That's like trying to put a bag of salt outside to protect your house, during a violent flood.
It doesn't remove them from play. It doesn't tell the persistent botters that they're not welcome. If that's the case, and I'd hope it would be, only NC can take initial action.
/block does have its use. To catch any that slip the net. It's no long-term solution, and it would probably be detrimental to the game, ever to mistake it as such.
Allow them to idly run their spam, ie send it to chat, no telltale error message - but not display it! :D They realise eventually, (or not) that they're literally wasting their time trying to spam and advertise, and the players are in no way affected. Who else sends website urls through general chat but spammers. They depend on that ability - so why not remove it?
well technically it's much simpler than that, NCWest can just add all possible variations of the sites they advertise to the spam filter (www.site.com w w w s i t e c o m etc etc), no need to block genuine newbies from chatting and it shouldn't be more than a 5 minute job every couple of days to update the spamfilter
Two nights ago I leved my sws up to 58 from level 1 and I never used the global chat or trade chat. Only pms and a little All chat to talk with some random players that were ksing me. Thats it. You don't really need global chat in those levels. All the items you need are given to you for free. You dont need to buy/sell things. Filters will not stop them but what i suggested before will help and make the spammer's job more difficult and easier to control.

NCSoft should pay somebody to execute, literally, gold sellers after they find their location via IP once or twice a week. Eventually the gold seller community will believe it's a dangerous job because people are getting killed. Plus, if the gold sellers really are foreign, there are law barriers that are kind of iffy.
Long story short, if the gold seller is found, lets say, in China; NCSoft could fly a private jet with the executioner, kill the gold seller, and fly back here without any troubles with the law. Same can be said about USA gold sellers, only NCSoft Korea would have to deal with that...then they could just blame North Korea.

yes they can, this **** happened on a private (server had at some point for like 3-4 months 10k pepls) gms made the restriction of shout/trade 40+ and those ****** started to use pm chat to advertise the adena sell sites

Its how the Gold farmers used to spam us in the past on Officials, when free trial accounts could not use shout. So they already have the programs for it. It's not like they are manually typing in each message.
