R grade armor types - how to get the right version

I just have a question that someone might be able to answer.

If you check the link below you can see that there are 2 types of armor for each of the R, R95 and R99 armor sets.

For instance there is a Magic Robe set and a Recovery Robe set that give bonuses to mages and healers respectively.

How do you get a set with those stats? I have tried to identify an immortal circlet. It just got "bound" with no signs to having the nature of Magic or Recovery.

1 - always indentify so that it can be worn.
2 - go to a blacksmith in any town, they can change the armor parts to your liking (note; don't wear them, but have them in your inventory when talking to the blacksmith).

Just a side question: Can it be don't to bound items also? Since I am not very rich I might as well face the possibility that my armor will be bound instead of normal.

yes, bound, standard/normal, blessed, all is possible :)

note: 90% of the stuff you indentify will be bound :/
