For some reason the graphics doesn't seem to load in.
In the old times I would have suggested to make a check file with the Lineage 2 Launcher, But you can't use that in the NC Launcher, so I think you should reinstall the game.
Is it enough for this version of the lineage?
No idea, I have dual ATI Radeon HD 5700 cards with 1GB on each and I have no problems. Try turning off the advanced graphics functions in the game like Shadowing, High Detailing, Anti-Aliasing and see if that helps.
If all else fails delete the Option.ini file in your L2 system directory and reload the game.
If your computer worked then...... it might just be the magic that IS the offical server.
It could also be that your computer can not handle the new game. Check the min requirements and the suggested....if you are below that then you may have to upgrade.
You can have the best video card on the market. You still have to update the drivers from time to time or you can have issues with your games. And yes, ones like you are having right now.
I would check to see if your graphics card needs it's drivers updated. Just might fix your problem.

Actually you can in the NCsoft Launcher...just right click on the game name and select Repair.
