Why don't you allow people to purchase NC coin via paypal or creditcards? Oh wait, you gave people that option, but didn't allow their payments to go through.
My debit card went through right away. Never tried a credit card. Maybe your payment method is janky ;).
I use a debit card. I bought about $150 from the store one week ago, now it won't accept more.
They ****en open new servers, but won't allow people who bought on old servers to buy again.
I can attest to NCSoft being a pain to buy from with their store. I remember upgrading an account from a trial account I had, I spent days trying to get a payment done through the NCSoft site and never could. Eventually I had to go go Direct2Drive to buy the game and use my card there.
As for ways to solve it, I can't tell ya. What error are you getting?
I recently had an issue while trying to purchase nconins, I opened a ticket and this is what they answered:
"To protect our customers, we have implemented a Payment Risk Management System to detect possible unauthorized transactions or account use. When you receive a message stating that your purchase was declined due to "Risk Management." This means that something about your transaction is being perceived as high risk by our system.
Although there is something about your transaction that is being flagged by our system, we have authorized your account to complete transactions for the next 24 hours. Please try your transaction again within the next 24 hours.
Often, these issues are temporary and you will not have the problem in the future. However, you may be able to prevent these errors by making sure that your billing information listed on the NCsoft master account is up-to-date. Also, please be sure that the address that you enter on the master account matches the address on your billing statement.
If you have this issue in the future, please let us know. We will be happy to review your transaction to determine if we can assist you with completing it again."
