I petitioned today about the " tragedy in von hellman forest " quest. When i go to the well and click ' explore ' the quest monster doesn't spawn, which it should. So i petitioned this and the answer was ... " Gm's are not allowed to give out spawn times " and a lot of other stuff that had nothing to do with my question. If anybody knows a Gm personally and could enlighten me i would be very thankful for a useful answer.
