How long are the GM petitions taking to answer? I died recently and got bugged inside textures, now the "to village" button won't show (i tried reestarting and /unstuck) it's been about 2 hours and i'm getting no answer from Ncsoft

Will they answer my petition while I'm offline or i have to sit infrom of the corpse of my character while they answer :confused: , some feedback please :(

you can log off, they will answer it.

Thanks, it really sucks to sit there being able to do anything.

I log several hours after submitting my petition and i still see this:

also i got this answer via email:
