The first new servers got crowded fast, good for some things, but leveling could be a pain in some areas, specially when you try to make a daily quest.
So i think i good idea could be to open a windows for free transfers from crowded ones to new ones until the population is balanced ? Is NCSoft considering something like that ? I know the server transfer is an account service, but the company could offer it for the best experience of everyone, from time to time.
