L2 have already run many server with light before merge.Now with the free to play they wait the every server being totaly full!
its stupid, server lag because of too many ppl on, ppl create perma PK to kill low lvl,starting quest zone there is not enought mob.
NCsoft need to open more server to make server atleast in normal 90% of the time,not in hight at 100% of the time.
Make a new server and let ppl the possiblity to transpher there,is will surly lower some server.
One thing is sure, open 1 by 1 is not good! 5 actualy,all at hight,Chronos we cannot log in evening cause too many player,lot of clan are not on Chronos because they want but because they got forced to be there by server merge,You go on town and you have hard time to target a npc because to many ppl on him ( i know the /target command but it destroy the game experience ).
We need alteast 3 new server with atleast 1 that alow transpher .
Right now; Opening more servers is not needed.
Don't pay attention at the normal/light/heavy status, it shows heavy as soon as server hits 1.5k players online more or less, tha's far from full.
A new server won't fix the problem that chronos, naia and shilen are full, the living proof of this is Bartz.Most of the people are not whiling to start over.
I logged in last night and Bartz was at Light. Also I haven't had many issues logging into and playing on Chronos. If an area is full of people hunting move to another; you don't have to follow along with the rest of the sheep. I know pre 60 there are plenty of hunting spots that aren't packed, look around and you'll find them.
