Spikes and delay increased last days

As title says, is it just me or did we have some hardware/internet connection degrade from NCsoft?

I never had this kind of issue, even when server started with gazillions players trying to connect an having 6k+ online.

Now I'm experiencing spikes from time to time (~15sec between each spike) and sometimes 10sec increase in delay before it gets better again, then it starts all over again.

No idea what could be causing it but it seems like somethingin your end, maybe call your provider and tell them to check the line.
