I wouldn't even visit their site. But considering the average level of common sense in MMORPGs, I bet many people do and even pay them. Therefore it's safe to say they're making some money, or at least hacking some accounts. :D
I'm not saying it's nice or something, but anyone who thinks of himself smarter than a brick would avoid those sites. So consider them useful - they do tell if a game is actually alive and they also filter some people (see: "omg my account is hacked").

and since these guys do not work for NC Soft, i will be a good boy and listen to my GM'S words :) ... i have no reason to trust them..... and they have no right to spam... it's not my call... it's the game's rules..! No spam..! Sorry i hate spammers :)
Well, you can't do much about it. Unless you want NCsoft to hire people for 5 servers that are on 24/7 constantly switching between major (populated) cities of the game only to ban them. Well, and even if you want them to do that, they won't. :D

I guess you're **** right... i am just trying to warn people not to give their personal account' info to this site... otherwise i have the feeling many kids will start crying out " GM I AM ****! DO SMTH PLX! I AM ****!" hahahah :))
Well, even if you made windows popping up with warning about scammers every 5 minutes in game that requires captcha to remove, there would be still people who would fall for it.
