As poster said above, you flag, you deserved it. If he was fully PKing everyone, then he's just killing his own character with the absurd -reputation he'd be getting.

There are many noobs like him.

we tried to kill him cause he was hitting us with some D grade swords first
i though that he was 30-35 lvl too thats why we are flagged

Hmm that's right. As people flagged, it's their own problem.

Anyone who sees this type of thing, SS it and post it. When these nubs talk trash, post their screenshots. PvP farming is embarassing. Watch for this tool never to be a factor. Clans that want quality players, this is like an job-killing facebook pic.

Idk.. i have always been able to tell when someone was using gear that didn't match their level. They don't do the right amount of damage. But either way, you flagged, you died. What's to complain about? That's why the PK system is in there, so if you don't want to fight and they kill you, they get shafted. Making yourself go pink makes you a free target for anyone from lvl 1-99. Doesn't really matter what you get killed by cause your flagged and it's your own fault. Plus at that level the % you loose is like what? 20 mob kills? whoop-de-doo.
