Was taking a look at the three packs, and found their differences a bit odd. Mainly that you don't really get much more of something out of the bigger packs, sort of like how buying a lot of ncoin doesn't give any discount. So I figured I'd compare what you get from destiny versus buying adventure three times.
Red means destiny gets more.
Blue means adventure x 3 gets more.
Purple means they're even.

So, in most cases, you'd probably want to go for destiny, but if you're going insane and buying several packs (assuming it's possible), it's not like the unique item bonus would stack, granted the unbind scroll is incredible and you get a bit more in general. Unless you really love those top life stones. Understandable.
I find it rather odd that destiny doesn't give -everything- more than three adventures, but whatever.
