That's why I think it's better for Staff to Ban/Chat Ban their Chars/Accounts/IPs or something to get this senseless spam out of the server. If someone wants to get something from them, they can Google something about it and I'm pretty sure they can find these companies or wtf they are.

There are so many ways around all of the above mentioned options. Besides actively policing the chat. Cant be helped on a free to play game.

I am sorry, I played a few F2P games that have Anti Gold Selling/Anti Spam tools imbedded.
Last one I played was Uncharted Waters Online, they actually have a Repporting system and Staff does ban their accounts and also when reported they are unable to talk until their account is banned.
And it is a Korean publisher too, today's gamers won't put up with that for too long.
Now u can see that the guy is killing mobs that are in his range or something like that,and when the mobs arent in his range he tryes 2 target a mob from the other side of the wall NOW THATS obviously Hacking.I try 2 speack with him and nothing soo i used the report button and after that i maked a petition but gm never answered me.
