yall need to get on with your community soon, you have over I think 5 created posts about server logging in issues due to high traffick and suggestions to fix it. I think a "we are looking into this" would be better than ignoring everyone - but that's just coming from a PR degree from Utah State University... what do I know.

Well does your super awesome degree also tell you that chances are they aren't working right now?
in all your years here when has NCNA/West worked on weekends ? :)
Well maybe if they had gotten a PR degree from Utah State University it would have told them they should work weekends; even if it's for free. Because that is just good PR.

:) /agree, but I could be biased, I work on the weekends.
Aquilus is quite right. A simple "We are looking into it" message is a whole lot better than nothing from a PR perspective. Not to mention that it wouldn't take more than a few minutes to post a message like that on the forums.:)
True, but experience from the last few years has shown that you will NEVER get any answer to any serious issues over the weekends, because nobody at NCSoft is working then (even though sieges/tw are the times when some GM really SHOULD be available...). Expect some answers on Monday.

Who says they aren't looking into it? Looking at the server statistics, Naia's maximum amount of player slots got upgraded to 6300 last week (it was something like 5800 before).
Auction house gear sells way faster than sitdown shops ever did; you pay a premium for having the game sell for you 24hrs a day sure, but you work that into the price.

Give it some time and people will begin to understand this.
This thread is not constructive. We respond when possible and when there are updates. In the meantime, we are all working hard on making things happen so that we have better responses. We do hope in the future to have more resources that will allow us, and all of customer service, to respond faster and with more information.
Also, Necro_Prince was a temporary staff only and his time with us has since ended, around the time we revealed Juji to the community.
