Soooo...I accidently killed someone today..Well....I meant to pull the trigger...But who knew a wind strike from a healer would crit and 1 shot someone? lol. Down to about 350 - 400 neg rep or so. Its kinda slow working off. I got killed I think 3 times after. But Im sitting at 0% of my level so no loss now when I die. But hey man...All actions have consequences I guess. Just gotta keep working off that rep and overcome ya know.

The servers are overcrowded and coming across this type of people is a matter of minutes every day.

I kill reds to get green name and be able to pk without going red, and then hunt pks again and repeat the cycle. :)

welcome to l2, first off, high lvl players have "alts" or "pk" toons in which they login to clear out players like your self from "their" server . this is a commonly done tactic to only keep the strong players and to weed out the weak.
if you can't handle the occasional PK leave the server? leave l2? ... i mean hell all the original players that started years ago had to deal with REAL pker's back when you could go red on a moments notice be white again and it was actually hard to get lvl 40, when lvl 40 was an accomplishment.

Maybe you are just a complete idiot... at 31+ PK count you can drop even your augmented weapon. I'm sure you cannot drop your Path to Awakening items, but they won't last forever.

You can avoid of being pked often by - always playing with friends, not side killing other players mobs, do not pick up other player drops, do not use offensive language in game ,and do not get in front of line for quest mobs most ppl will not pk you with no reason

I feel for ya, man. I PKed with my lvl 39 (95%) Oracle. That was a shame that I didn't get to finish the class change quest first, lol. I didn't even have might of heaven to kill undead yet :P

Wow, 1.2mil neg rep points. An accidental PK gives you at most 2k negative rep points. It looks like you had way too many accidents and the PK/Rep system is now pulling your leveling license to teach you a lesson on rampage PK. Did you really have fun randomly PKing people before GoD came out? Did it give you great joy reading "why?", "affs", "-_-" and expletives in white chat after you PK'd them? So you don't think it's fair that you are now being hunted yourself for going on a PK spree just for fun, enjoyment and a bad real life? Take your bitter pill and either spend the time working off the rep points by hunting mobs your level or just reroll. I sympathize the accident PKrs, it happens. That's why I don't hunt them down if I am already green but I guess I am going to look for an Orc with OL buffs and give her a taste of her own medicine.

everyone wants a green name and you can't get it by killing your alt pk for some reason.

find a desolate place where no one levels, and wash it off... there are lots of places where exp is so small no one bothers with them... except bots but they will log off when they see a pk anyway.
Or the OP read that L2 was going F2P early and decided to create an account, saw the chance to have some fun before the big update and started to hang out in front of TI village with her newly leveled C Grade toon. When she saw new toons come out, she PK them. No biggie, being red you can just work that off with a few minutes hunting.

In real life, killers go to the court, and then if they are found guilty they are sent to the jail. Sure some killers are killed by cops, but they can't revive, they only have one life.
So, why l2 shouldn't have a court, laws, and jails?, why dont they make 1 life characters, and if you are killed, you have to create another acount.

And no I didn't enjoy pking people. The only reason I would pk someone would be because he was a box enemy wc at sieges near castle. (ok in some other cases too but they are very few and not "pk for fun")

They can't take anything away from you other than your pride and time. You can't delevel, you can't lose anymore exp. so why take the "no retreat, no surrender" tactic and get even more neg rep points for no other reason than to just to show that you will not retreat?

Edit: Of course it didn't start like that. I had already burned -1k reputation when some low life came and started attacking me. After few seconds of pvp he was low hp and I was full. I stopped and told him that if he continues I will kill him. He made his choice I made mine. It felt good and it still does every time some low life attacks me believing I wont fight back.

Is there any reason why players shouldn't flag when they attack chaotic players? Could anyone please enlighten me?
In my opinion, the ideal PK-System is almost here: You need longer to clear negative reputation (At least at lower levels), you can't work off your negative rep by getting killed, you can't gain exp by killing mobs or doing quests when chaotic, you even drop augmented stuff when getting killed while having 31 PKs or more, can only clean -rep by killing mobs around your lvl and so on. Up to this point, I really like the new system.
But then there are also negative aspects to it: People still don't flag to rednames which is complete nonsense to me. Chaotics should at least be able to work off their karma without having to run 90% of the time to avoid EVERY player. If ppl want beautiful green names, they should be aware that trying to get them could cost some % because chaotics are allowed to fight for their life. And lastly, I highly doubt that dedicated players are held off of pking with this system. Just mentor some chars to 85 in your free time, get a few freebie items from pta and start permareds, where is the problem in that?

many karma people deserve to be hunted,like 1 min ago a B-grade or A-grade was PKing people of lvl 30-35 in Wasteland escorted by a guy in dynasty, Epic fail :)

Absolutly not, Look at this guy, i think for almost 1 hour now he is still camping low lvls, he is camping Wastelands spwning spot and PKing all lvl 30-37 ,no one can go lvl, no one can go make quest from some time now because, and some other guy in dynasty in 4th class enchanter, now guarding him, so hard to be killed by low lvls, hmm its pathetic . http://i42.tinypic.com/24uvr68.jpg

so if pk guy got friends they can buttrape you for trying to kill an outlaw who just stomped on your pet?
What should happen is that if a person attacks a PK they should flag for the PK only (and only the one PK they attack not flagged to all the PKs in the area); think of it as a personal flag. A PK should be allowed to defend themselves when they are attacked without accruing an even bigger penalty. Of course if the PK attacks first then the personal flag wouldn't happen, and they will accrue a bigger penalty if they end up killing the other person.
I also believe that the PK penalty should scale based on the level difference between the 2 players; if it is under 5 levels then about 50 points where as if a level 85+ is beating up a level 10 then they should get around 10K (that might seem a bit high for some, but then I don't understand the appeal of punching a baby in the face so actually feel like it should be higher).

You confuse ppl that pk for fun and ppl that pk out of rage when some people spoil their fun by annoying them with ksing etc...
Everybody has been pked for fun. So what? The point is when you have pk to be able to play not 1 pk and game over delete account because others will kill you over and over and you will have no buffs and if you try to defend yourself you will have more karma.
Just because someone pked you for fun doesn't mean everybody does so and you have to hunt every "red guy" you see...
By hunting guys that just want to clear their karma you just force them to become perma red and to start killing low toons for fun , since they cant level anymore and can't have fun in other ways. Your actions only worsen things.
You got point there, but it's even worse the other way around if you think about it. Sure, you are a possible freekill when trying to get a freekill but you also have the option to revive the pet / revive yourself / get revived / not fight back and keep minding your business / get friends to support you as well. You will flag, the enemy will too. The -rep guy can clean his rep within 4 ours which is pretty much penalizing already. Forcing a player to clean his -rep without giving him the chance to clean his -rep / fight back on whitename pkers is BS. What chances does a serious -rep guy around those lvls have these days? none.
White guy can log out after getting ksed for 2 hours without the *****hole flagging back. Oh wait, help yourself and PK him, you can always reroll and be happy, 70 is a matter of like 2 days. Friends to help you clear rep won't help much as they become redname on hostile PKers (since those pkers don't flag when attacking)
(and yes, they are pkers if they kill a player character without them fighting back).
Finally, this system won't change the fact that ppl will masspk as they want, see all the screenshots above. Ppl who want to mass pk don't care if ppl are flagging or not, they simply kill everyone everywhere, all those examples above this post prove my point.
The current system only penalizes people who are serious about cleaning their karma. Permareds are not at all penalized as they simply reroll / have altchars.
