Im a quest person, and my goal in every mmo is to complete them all 100% eventually, so my question here is, Is there a way to see every available quests for your current level to pick up? Any quest boards in each town showing all available ones? or any window/panels that shows them?, because right now as i see it, you cant even see the npcs on map that has quests to give >.<
And incase you dont wanna miss any by mistake and then after it might be too late to pick up (because of the level difference)
Also, do players drop their equips when getting killed by another player on this game? No matter what colour your name is?

Map->World Info->Quests->sort by lvl
When u chose q click tracking on map.

If u have red name (u PK someone) u can drop somenthink, else u dont have to worry about.

Are you sure about that? Because i couldnt help to notice this.
All characters who die, regardless of their color, will risk dropping items and equipment upon their deaths-however, a purple person has a higher chance of doing so, and a red person has the highest risk.

That list shows all quests, regardless of whether you've completed them or not. It also still shows quests that were removed from the game after the GoD update, so don't fret too much if there are some quests with npcs or monsters that you can't find. It is also impossible for you to do them all with one character; there are race/class restrictions on some.
Also ppl nowadays drop items if they have 31+ PK and from my experience even with 31+ pk the chance is extremely low. Don't expect drops from players. "This is an old feature of the game" because nobody is going to have 31 pk and items that can be dropped.

You can also talk to npc Adventure Guidesman of every town... he has a list with all available quests...
