Where is this server actually located?

Being on the east coast I can't help but feel that this server is super extra laggy, anyone have any idea to its location? Or any of the servers locations for that matter? Cause I think the hamsters that run them need to be fed..

I don't know what happened, in last days i'm lagging like I never did.. I need 2 hours before I get a response from my player, it's unplayable :\

Im playing on a 1mb connection from Venezuela and I hardly lag, except for freaking ToI, which is why I stopped partying there and im mostly soloing or partying somewhere else.

I have lag during the morning hours but at the same time I have problem with some sites such as facebook (USA located servers I guess). So I suppose it can't be the server's problem.
I am playing from the EU and generally I don't have problems. In the beginning we had some dc and server crushes but in 2 minutes I was always able to log in and play...
I see other ppl complaing "I can't log in for hours" etc.. but I never had such problem. (Not talking about maintenance downtime)

Actually I've got a 40Mb Connection and I live in Florida which is why i was asking..

I've played games with servers all over the place and the response time I get with this game sometimes is just horrible..

Ask your ISP then, cause that is the main problem with most US hosted MMOs, their servers are sucky. For example, there was no way I could play without lag on Nexon's servers and games, while I don't have a single problem with NC.

I'm possibly the only Canadian in this server (an assumption). I notice a few hiccups here and there, but not too serious. I can pick up 5 items on the ground in 1.5 seconds (I see other people picking up, pausing for a second, then picking the other items).

I'm paying in europe and having noi lag (using LLF)
