I first want to disclose this is not my main. I don't know how to change character names to post of forums. It just decided to stick me with the first character I made pre-GoD.
With that being said, I have been hearing rumors about being able to marry in Lineage 2. I do not have anyone in RL that I feel any sort of connection with, but to dress up in formal wear, marry, and be able to teleport to your buddy sounds pretty good for PvP.
Can anyone prove/disprove the rumor? I have googled it various times and found arguments back and forth all dating to 08/09.
Nope, there is no option to ingame marriage on retail. You can get wedding dress, but if you want to marry someone, just some role playing will have to do for yourself
Yeah, there are quite a few IRL BF/GF's that have gotten married in game, but it's just a RP thing. You can get the wedding dress and the Tux, and then role play the rest. But there is nothing in game that equates the 2 of you as being married. You can summon your bride/groom to you, assuming you have a summoner above lvl 56, but thats about it :).
Think of the bright side, you don't have to give half your boss jewels if the 2 of you break up :).
