There are about 15 player right now attempting to finish the Mertes quest but the NPC's in the corner are not speaking to us when we try to talk with them.
Also the NPC's to port to the second and top floor are missing as well. Nowhere to be found.
While we were waiting about 5 of us fell through the geodata, took 300,000 fall damage and landed next to mobs from the area that were invincible. once we SOE'd back to Dion we were able to port back to Cruma Tower. NPC's are still not there or working though.
