mages/archers and vampyric rage

hello fellows, i was exping aoe in fog with mages, and seen that mages have vr buff, i though ok it just because wc buffs all buff, but then i seen 1 mage asked for vr O.o then they told me thatfrom god vr gives vampyric rage to magic attacks and archers? is it true?

what about vampyric dance74lvl? is it gives same ?

or it was big stupid joke?

It's true.
Vampiric effect has been changed in the GoD update. In stead of guaranteed damage % heals on melee combat only it has been changed to a chance to heal % on any damaging attack, melee, ranged or skill, and the chance is pretty high.

I don't understand that decision. But yes that is how it works.

I hate all the dice rolls they have in this game.
